These Terms govern your use of Jobledgerhq (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you register.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your company account, including users you invite.
2. Your data
You own the content you put into the Service (customers, jobs, logs, photos, documents). You grant us a limited license to host and process it only to operate the Service for you.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- No attempts to access other companies' data or disrupt the Service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Customer payments made through invoices are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; we are not a party to the contract between you and your customers.
5. AI features
AI suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it to a customer.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
