This policy explains what information Jobledgerhq handles and why.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, company information.
- Business data you enter: customers, jobs, estimates, logs, photos, time entries, invoices.
- Optional location when you clock in or fetch weather, only if you allow it.
- For customer approval links: the name, signature and IP address of the person approving.
No tracking cookies, no analytics
Jobledgerhq does not use advertising or analytics trackers and sets no tracking cookies. Your sign-in session and offline drafts are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device.
Who processes data
- Our hosting and database provider, to store your data.
- Stripe, for subscriptions and customer payments.
- Our email provider, to send documents and reminders you trigger.
- An AI provider, to process notes and photos when you use AI features.
Security
Each company's data is isolated, photos are private and shared only through short-lived links, and access is limited by team role.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@jobledgerhq.com. We keep data only as long as your account is active or as required by law.
